Description

Scale decision-making tools and workflows for the tvScientific AI team, including training infrastructure and Kubernetes deployments.
Improve the developer experience for the data science team.
Upgrade and maintain observability tooling.
Serve as a technical lead and mentor to the engineering team.
Ensure smooth and reliable deployments as infrastructure evolves.

Requirements

Deep understanding of Linux.
Excellent writing skills.
A systems-oriented mindset.
Experience in high-performance software environments such as RTB or HFT.
Software engineering experience with reliability and CI/CD expertise.
Strong observability instincts.
Experience with reverse engineering is preferred.
Experience with Terraform, EKS, or MLOps is preferred.
Experience with Python, Scala, or Zig is preferred.
Experience with NixOS is preferred.
Adtech or CTV experience is preferred.
Experience deploying distributed systems across multiple clouds is preferred.
Experience in hard real-time, low-latency environments under 10 ms is preferred.

Benefits

Base salary range of $155,584 to $320,320 USD.
Eligible for equity.
Remote work designation indicated by #LI-REMOTE.
