Description

  • Develop, execute, and own the end-to-end Account-Based Marketing strategy for high-value target accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to define the Ideal Customer Profile and identify key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain tiered target account lists based on account prioritization and fit.
  • Design and launch personalized multi-touch user acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display, targeted email, direct mail, and tailored landing pages.
  • Manage the ABM budget and optimize campaigns for Customer Acquisition Cost, Return on Ad Spend, and pipeline velocity.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create bespoke messaging and creative assets for different account tiers and personas.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales for target accounts and equip sales teams with account insights and intent data.
  • Establish ABM metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
  • Track, analyze, and report on account engagement, lead generation, and revenue impact using CRM and marketing automation tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, demand generation, or user acquisition.
  • At least 2+ years of direct ownership of Account-Based Marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, complex sales cycles, and account scoring methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience running paid B2B campaigns, especially through LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Experience with marketing automation and ABM tools such as Apollo, Clay, 6sense, Demandbase, or ZoomInfo.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate campaign performance into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to align marketing initiatives with sales teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong B2B copywriting ability.
