Description

  • Own the strategy for Engine X acquisition by setting what to test, scale, or stop based on data.
  • Build the acquisition engine, including programs, infrastructure, and systems for repeatable growth.
  • Develop and expand growth playbooks across paid, lifecycle, partnerships, sales-assist, content, and organic channels.
  • Drive large, ambiguous initiatives forward and coordinate support from growth, product, data, and sales when needed.
  • Test messaging, paid programs, partnerships, and GTM motions to identify what works in the market.
  • Partner with Product on roadmap and positioning decisions.
  • Partner with Data to instrument, measure, and learn from growth experiments.
  • Align with Sales on ICP, motion, and handoff processes.
  • Present data-backed recommendations to executive leadership on where to invest.
  • Use AI-native tools and workflows to move faster, improve personalization, and run more tests.

Requirements

  • Experience marketing or selling fintech products such as business cards, banking, lending, or expense management.
  • Ability to operate with an owner’s mentality and deliver outcomes in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong data proficiency, including pulling data, building models, and using numbers to guide strategy.
  • Regular workflow experience with SQL, Amplitude, and Snowflake.
  • AI fluency and the ability to use LLMs as part of day-to-day work.
  • Customer-centric approach to building acquisition motions that feel relevant and personal.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving markets with shifting priorities.
  • Direct coding experience with apps, websites, or marketing/sales ops infrastructure is preferred.
  • 0-1 growth experience launching new products is preferred.
  • Background at a fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth marketplace is preferred.
  • Experience building or scaling acquisition models with complex sales cycles is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $170,000 to $215,000 USD.
  • Competitive base pay with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
  • Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
  • Hybrid-hub model with support for both office-based and fully remote roles, depending on the position.
