Description

  • Own revenue targets across Mediterranean markets and deliver regional performance goals.
  • Build and execute a regional strategy tailored to markets at different stages of maturity.
  • Balance revenue growth with margin and operational efficiency across the portfolio.
  • Strengthen relationships with key hotel partners and regional accounts.
  • Identify supply gaps and lead targeted hotel acquisition efforts where needed.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and distribution strategies to inform decisions.
  • Lead and develop regional teams, set KPIs, and drive accountability and performance.
  • Activate growth in newer or underdeveloped markets and optimize underperforming partners.
  • Oversee purchasing governance and maintain control of regional performance metrics.
  • Align regional execution with the company’s Direct Supply strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of successful experience in hotel contracting, travel distribution, or B2B travel sales.
  • Proven experience managing a commercial team with full revenue accountability.
  • Strong negotiation skills with independent hotels and regional chains.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering consistent revenue growth against defined targets.
  • High commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Additional language skills in Spanish, Italian, Turkish, or Portuguese are a strong plus.
