Description

Own strategic planning for the production site, including workforce, capacity, and production planning, to meet cost, quality, and service targets.
Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term planning by aligning capacity and workforce needs with demand forecasts.
Identify planning risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to protect operational performance.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to create realistic and executable production plans.
Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities and improve productivity, efficiency, and planning accuracy.
Enhance planning, reporting, and governance processes while maintaining high data quality and compliance with established standards.
Prepare management reports and decision-making materials for site leadership.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the production network.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, capacity planning, workforce planning, or a related role.
Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment is preferred.
Strong expertise in production planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
Hands-on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, and/or Workforce Management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for taking ownership in a fast-paced production environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
