Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline sourcing and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and meet sales objectives.
  • Build new business pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting, networking, and partner/channel efforts.
  • Present and demonstrate Emburse SaaS solutions to prospects through phone, email, web meetings, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop influential relationships with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders to advance opportunities.
  • Work with sales management to address deal obstacles and improve sales outcomes.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events, weekly sales meetings, and regular channel partner communication.
  • Maintain strong market, competitive, and territory knowledge to shape sales strategy.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including a yearly quota of $750K-$1.3M.
  • Understand AP, expense, finance, and business needs of mid-market and enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience selling financial SaaS solutions to companies with at least 500 employees.
  • Preferred experience selling to companies with 1,000-5,000+ employees.
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure ARR license deals.
  • Preferred experience consistently finishing above annual quota.
  • Based in Sweden, with consideration for other Nordic locations.
  • Experience selling across the Nordics region, not just Sweden.
  • Preferred background in travel and expense or AP/payments management solutions.
  • Preferred experience selling to finance personas.
  • Preferred familiarity with MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale methodologies.
  • Preferred undergraduate college degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to use sales tools such as email, Zoom, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Comfort working in a scrappy startup environment while collaborating with a larger pan-European team.
  • Ability to analyze customer processes, uncover needs and pain points, and recommend the best-fit solution.
  • No required certifications.
