Description

  • Own and develop a LATAM territory end to end, including pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Build self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and partner introductions.
  • Develop joint selling plans with distributors, VARs, and strategic partners to create early deal entry opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing mid-market deals.
  • Coordinate with sales engineers to deliver product demonstrations and technical deal support.
  • Build and maintain durable relationships with customers, partners, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Engage CIOs, infrastructure leaders, and partner principals in credible business-focused conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with channel managers, marketing, sales engineers, and leadership to advance opportunities.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, clear next steps, and accurate forecasting.
  • Use AI-enabled sales tools and LLMs to improve pipeline generation, account research, deal strategy, and negotiation preparation.

Requirements

  • Experience selling technology solutions through the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline independently with strong follow-through and urgency.
  • Experience selling through partners such as distributors, VARs, and strategic partners.
  • Ability to build joint plans and influence stakeholders without authority.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executive presence and genuine follow-up.
  • Coachability, self-awareness, and ability to apply feedback quickly.
  • Team-oriented approach with proactive communication and willingness to ask for help.
  • Comfort selling across countries, cultures, and buying styles within LATAM.
  • Disciplined CRM use with reliable next steps and clean forecast hygiene.
  • Ability to provide specific examples of using AI tools such as Gong, Momentum, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, or Claude to improve sales outcomes.
  • Nice to have: experience selling networking, infrastructure, security, or cloud solutions.
  • Nice to have: established relationships within the LATAM partner ecosystem.
  • Nice to have: fluency in English and Spanish.
