Description

  • Own the growth of Emburse’s footprint in the Nordic market and help shape the regional go-to-market strategy.
  • Prospect for and generate leads among enterprise customers through market analysis, research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Build relationships with prospects and develop pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead complex deal cycles, including high-value negotiations and contract closure.
  • Work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to finalize agreements accurately and quickly.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals for enterprise customers.
  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns that resonate with the Nordic enterprise market.
  • Collaborate with global GTM, product, technical, and operations teams to deliver solutions in the region.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing enterprise sales roles.
  • Proven ability to identify, close, and grow relationships with large accounts.
  • Track record of closing ARR license deals and leading complex deal cycles from start to finish.
  • History of exceeding quota targets.
  • Fluent Swedish, Danish, and English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate in a scrappy startup environment while working within a larger pan-European team.
  • Data-driven approach to analyzing market trends and making strategic decisions.
  • Proven success in prospecting through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to C-suite and finance personas (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the travel and expense management or AP solutions landscape, including key players and market dynamics (preferred).
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales (preferred).
