Description

  • Own Emburse’s footprint expansion in the Nordic market and help shape the regional go-to-market strategy.
  • Prospect and generate enterprise leads through research, market analysis, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective enterprise customers to grow pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead complex deal cycles, including high-value negotiations and contract closure.
  • Work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to finalize contracts accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals for enterprise buyers.
  • Partner with marketing to design campaigns that resonate with regional enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with global go-to-market, product, technical, and operations teams to deliver solutions in the Nordics.
  • Contribute to the development of Emburse’s regional strategy through close partnership with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing enterprise sales roles.
  • Proven ability to identify, close, and scale relationships with large enterprise accounts.
  • Track record of closing ARR license deals and leading complex deal cycles end to end.
  • History of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Fluent Swedish, Danish, and English is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate in a scrappy startup environment while working within a larger pan-European team.
  • Data-driven approach to analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities.
  • Strong prospecting experience through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Preferred: familiarity with the travel and expense management or AP solutions landscape.
  • Preferred: experience selling complex SaaS solutions to C-suite and finance stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience with MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
