Description

  • Provide direct support to students via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Respond to student needs and help resolve concerns promptly.
  • Encourage student-to-student communication and maintain a supportive learning community.
  • Serve as a communication link between students and instructors.
  • Provide real-time assistance during live classes to support both students and instructors.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues, including problems joining Zoom sessions.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues to keep learning uninterrupted.
  • Host or facilitate student meetings on Zoom when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  • Ability to engage thoughtfully with students and understand sophisticated educational products.
  • Proficiency with Asana, CRM tools such as HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
  • Ability to perform minor technical troubleshooting.
  • Presentable and confident on Zoom for student meetings.
  • Strong time management skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Broad understanding of modern online business technologies.
  • Full-time availability for a remote schedule of 11 AM - 7 PM PST or 12 PM - 8 PM PST.
