Description

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective students in English or Spanish and guide them through the admissions process.
  • Build rapport, uncover student goals, and recommend the most appropriate training program.
  • Explain program details such as curriculum, schedules, length, start dates, and career outcomes.
  • Educate prospective students on funding and tuition assistance options, including VA Education Benefits and state workforce funding programs.
  • Follow up with prospects who do not enroll immediately and manage lead pipelines to keep candidates engaged.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, follow-up actions, and enrollment status updates.
  • Coordinate with campus teams on start dates, seat availability, paperwork, and onboarding steps.
  • Process enrollment paperwork and support a smooth transition for newly enrolled students.
  • Monitor conversion metrics, response times, and follow-up completion to support enrollment goals.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 2 years of admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or consultative sales experience.
  • Experience handling inbound phone inquiries and converting leads into customers or students.
  • Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
  • Experience using CRM, lead management, or call-tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple follow-up tasks.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
  • Preferred experience in vocational, trade, technical, or career schools, education sales, or student recruitment.
  • Preferred familiarity with VA Education Benefits and workforce development or state funding programs.
  • Preferred experience with healthcare education programs and trade school or vocational training programs.
