Description

  • Own and execute new-logo acquisition for Elite’s most strategic target accounts, especially large global and multi-office law firms.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving managing partners, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and executive committees.
  • Develop account strategies that include stakeholder mapping, political alignment, risk mitigation, and multi-threaded engagement plans.
  • Drive transformational opportunities from early discovery through close across 12–24+ month sales cycles.
  • Build data-driven business cases that quantify operational, financial, and strategic ROI at the firm level.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Executive Leadership, and Professional Services on differentiated proposals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients on finance, operations, and technology modernization decisions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Elite’s platform, competitive landscape, and trends affecting large law firms.
  • Forecast and manage pipeline in Salesforce with disciplined deal inspection and executive visibility.
  • Represent Elite in senior industry forums, executive briefings, and strategic client events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 9–12 years of experience in enterprise B2B software sales, preferably SaaS in complex professional services environments.
  • Proven success closing large, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals with long sales cycles and multiple executive stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to C-suite and partnership-led organizations.
  • Prior experience selling into law firms, accounting firms, or similarly complex professional services organizations preferred.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen, including advanced ROI modeling and value articulation.
  • Mastery of Salesforce and enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Strategic hunter mindset with the discipline to operate in highly structured, high-stakes environments.
  • Ability to travel more than 50% as business needs require.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship is provided.
  • Moderate physical capacity required: frequent lifting, bending, or standing up to 20–50 lbs.
