Description

  • Lead and execute enterprise-level sales cycles to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for new acquisition and expansion.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts through research, networking, and data-driven targeting.
  • Build trusted relationships with law firm leaders and senior executives, including managing partners, CFOs, CIOs, and COOs.
  • Develop tailored solutions using ROI modeling, business case creation, and value-based presentations.
  • Partner with marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and product teams on proposals and go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Elite’s solutions, competitors, and industry trends to position the company effectively.
  • Manage pipeline activity and forecasting in Salesforce.com with accuracy and accountability.
  • Represent Elite at conferences, client forums, and virtual events to support brand presence and pipeline growth.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Law, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 6–8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in SaaS ERP, financial, or practice management solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas in complex B2B consultative sales environments.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple executive stakeholders.
  • Prior experience selling into law firms or large professional services organizations strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and defend ROI models with strong business and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and modern sales enablement tools.
  • Strategic, results-driven, and commercially minded approach.
  • Hunter mentality with executive presence and a consultative style.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Ability to travel more than 50% as business needs require.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom; no sponsorship is provided.
  • Role requires moderate physical capacity, including frequent lifting, bending, or standing for 20–50 lbs.
