Description

  • Co-develop an emerging product pipeline with account executives across major Select and Strategic accounts.
  • Drive pilot strategy and define success metrics for early adoption of new products.
  • Own executive-level discovery and storytelling for emerging SKUs.
  • Partner with GTM and Product teams to share customer insights and shape the roadmap.
  • Build frameworks, sales assets, and insights that can be scaled across the sales organization.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and into new offices.
  • Lead strategic, high-value deal execution for early-stage products across flagship customers.
  • Establish the business case for emerging products at reference customers.
  • Support other account executives by creating infrastructure and resources for segment-level success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in complex, full-cycle enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota overachievement in complex accounts and $500k+ ARR transactions.
  • Demonstrated success closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and strong customer instincts.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead through influence.
  • Overlay or new product launch experience, preferred.
  • Experience working with Product and Marketing to influence GTM strategy, preferred.
  • Ability to operate in strategic partnership with senior account executives and account teams, preferred.
  • Comfort presenting to and influencing C-suite executives, preferred.
  • Must be a remote candidate residing in the United States.
