Description

  • Own full fiscal responsibility for the Naturium brand in specialty stores, including P&L and budget management.
  • Deliver retail sales, revenue, and operating income to agreed targets.
  • Partner with buying and planning teams to develop and align joint business plans and monitor forecasts.
  • Lead and manage the account team to ensure effective day-to-day business execution.
  • Manage ongoing assortments across categories using data and analytics to optimize product mix and inventory levels.
  • Serve as the primary contact for senior retailer merchant teams across multiple categories.
  • Partner with channel contacts, brand marketing, and visual merchandising teams to support marketing, brand presentation, and in-store execution.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, market week meetings, and other key retail partner meetings.
  • Drive omni-channel trade marketing plans and develop 360 launch plans for key new product launches.
  • Lead sales reporting and interpret performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 15-20+ years of beauty industry experience in a sales or commercial role.
  • Direct specialty store retail experience.
  • Experience managing a sales or commercial team supporting specialty stores.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key retail stakeholders.
  • P&L management experience with budget ownership and development.
  • Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an enterprise mindset.
  • Experience working across multiple categories and retailer teams (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $155,000 to $185,000.
