Description

  • Support the Associate Director and Account Manager with customer management for Ulta and the specialty channel.
  • Handle item setup, maintenance, and content and image loading in retailer portals.
  • Own digital implementation and ongoing maintenance for retailer.com.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports.
  • Analyze sales performance to identify assortment effectiveness, new item tracking, and secondary display results.
  • Support in-store merchandising, including display assortment, velocity, visual merchandising briefs, and project management.
  • Monitor and report on competitive brand launches and events.
  • Provide general administrative, clerical, and customer support, including sample and fixture requests.
  • Ensure customer information requests are handled in a timely manner and coordinate related project management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functionally while building and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience.
  • Experience working with Ulta.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, relationship-building, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Fast learner and quick thinker.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
  • College or bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major.
  • Passion for beauty.
