Description

  • Own and maintain the job architecture framework, including job families, levels, and titles, across functions and organizational structure.
  • Maintain reference files and dictionaries used to support job architecture governance.
  • Lead validation of new and updated job profiles, ensuring correct scope, level differentiation, and compliance with standards.
  • Prevent duplication, misclassification, and uncontrolled title creation, and challenge inconsistencies when necessary.
  • Ensure job architecture data is accurately reflected across HR systems, reporting sources, and internal registers.
  • Support system-related changes, including implementation activities, data updates, and post-change validation of system configurations.
  • Coordinate updates to reference data and ensure consistency between connected systems.
  • Maintain standards, templates, and documentation for job architecture processes.
  • Ensure traceability of decisions and approvals for job profile governance.
  • Support internal and external audits related to job profile governance.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations, Organizational Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of job architecture concepts, including job families, levels, and role scope.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze and compare roles across functions.
  • High attention to detail and consistency.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to challenge and justify decisions based on established frameworks and standards.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English for professional documentation and communication.
  • Experience in job architecture, job evaluation, compensation structures, or organizational design is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with job profile validation and governance in a multi-role organization is preferred.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and data analysis tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred; a Master’s degree is a plus.
