Description

  • Monitor and own clinical study progress at investigative sites.
  • Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported according to protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulations, and applicable standards.
  • Coordinate study start-up and monitoring activities, including investigator identification, regulatory submissions, and site visits.
  • Manage appropriately sized clinical trials and support larger clinical study teams.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Interact directly with clients and initiate site payments.
  • Support proposal activities, including development and client presentations.
  • Identify study risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • CRA certificate.
  • At least 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment.
  • Clinical trial monitoring experience across multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Availability for domestic travel, including overnight stays, of approximately 50–60%; international travel may be required for some senior roles.
  • Fluency in English and the relevant local language.
  • Additional language skills are an asset.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
  • Experience with study start-up activities preferred.
  • Understanding of financial management preferred for Senior CRAs.
  • Ability to apply strong organization, problem-solving, risk-management, conflict-resolution, and attention-to-detail skills.
