Description

  • Review and analyze project requirements, specifications, and product functionality to create quality control artifacts.
  • Prepare manual test cases for automation.
  • Prepare and acquire test data for testing activities.
  • Develop and execute automation scripts, then log, evaluate, and document results and deviations.
  • Use automation script administration, monitoring, and management tools.
  • Contribute to the creation of test documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer and project stakeholders on quality assurance work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial automation experience.
  • Experience automating tests in Java.
  • Ability to switch between test automation and manual testing.
  • Knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies.
  • Good understanding of test automation goals, areas of applicability, activities, and deliverables.
  • Experience performing API testing using Postman or a similar tool.
  • Strong communication skills and readiness to pass interviews with customers.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Experience in the financial domain is implied by the client context and may be an advantage.
