Description

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI agent development, from design and prototyping through testing, deployment, configuration, and production support.
  • Monitor AI solutions for security, scalability, and reliability, and tune performance over time.
  • Design and implement integrations between AI agents, models, and enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and internal databases.
  • Build and configure AI agents for tasks including natural language understanding, data extraction, decision-making, and system interactions.
  • Develop custom connectors, APIs, and middleware to support data exchange and process automation.
  • Design and implement an evaluation system for quality control and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
  • Evaluate new AI technologies and tools to improve automation capabilities.
  • Mentor system administrators and junior developers on building and configuring AI agents.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AI services from major cloud providers such as OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
  • Experience working with LLM APIs.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and re-engineering.
  • Solid understanding of NLP, LLMs, and ML principles.
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
  • RPA platform experience such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms and frameworks for chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, RAG systems, and knowledge graphs.
  • Strong understanding of API design principles including REST, RPC, SSE, and GraphQL, as well as JSON and XML.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Creative, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
