Description

  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks, CI/CD testing pipelines, and automated test suites for unit, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Write and execute both automated and manual tests to validate applications and identify defects.
  • Analyze logs, metrics, data patterns, and defects to support troubleshooting and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Scrum, and other cross-functional teams to refine requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing strategy.
  • Document test frameworks, test cases, reporting metrics, and related quality processes.
  • Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery of quality software.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress and results.
  • Ensure software compliance with healthcare and data privacy regulations, including HIPAA, FDA, and GDPR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on software QA experience with a focus on writing automation test cases.
  • Experience in the health tech industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools and frameworks.
  • Basic SQL skills for database validation and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, FDA, and GDPR is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $110,000 to $130,000.
