Description

  • Design, build, test, and deploy automation workflows using platforms such as Rewst and Kaseya.
  • Identify automation opportunities by reviewing service desk and operational processes.
  • Monitor and maintain automations to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with service desk, operations, and leadership teams to prioritise automation initiatives.
  • Reduce manual workloads through scalable and efficient automation solutions.
  • Create and maintain process maps, workflow documentation, and knowledge base articles.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and provide L2/L3 technical support.
  • Improve onboarding and offboarding processes through automation.
  • Align automation efforts with business goals and service delivery objectives.
  • Work with internal teams and offshore/MSP teams to support seamless delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a similar senior technical role.
  • Strong experience designing, building, and implementing workflow and process automation solutions.
  • Experience working in IT services, managed services, or technical operations environments.
  • Demonstrated success improving service desk efficiency and operational workflows through automation.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration platforms such as Rewst, Kaseya, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience with IT service management and service desk platforms.
  • Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding automation processes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with MSP toolsets, service delivery platforms, and operational systems is advantageous.
