Description

Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements and business needs.
Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops with customers and partners.
Design solution architectures for search, observability, and security use cases.
Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to support solution evaluation.
Assist with deployment planning, implementation guidance, and configuration decisions.
Advise on scaling, performance tuning, and security best practices.
Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.
Act as a technical expert supporting architecture and deployment strategy discussions with the sales team.

Requirements

Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.
Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Fluent in English.
Experience with the Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, and Logstash, or similar technologies, is a plus.
Experience in observability, security analytics, or enterprise search is a plus.
Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python or Java is a plus.
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
