Description

  • Design and implement next-generation security solutions using Elastic's latest AI advancements to improve incident response.
  • Help organizations use Elastic Security to meet use case requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Deliver proof-of-value projects that demonstrate Elastic Security’s detection, AI, and Incident Response capabilities.
  • Present expertise through presentations, blog posts, and other channels to position Elastic as a leader in SIEM and analytics.
  • Collaborate across the Solutions Architecture team and other departments to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously learn about SIEM, analytics, and related technologies to keep solutions current and innovative.
  • Support customers through consultative selling and solution guidance for complex security challenges.
  • Help customers build scalable security architectures and improve analyst decision-making and response times.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales.
  • Extensive experience with SIEM platforms and vendor solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of AI and its impact on SIEM and analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SOC workflows, processes, and operational challenges.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of security solutions and the data they produce.
  • Background in forensic analysis, troubleshooting, and threat mitigation.
  • Experience with behavioral analytics and machine learning techniques.
  • Proven success in consultative selling, RFI/RFP responses, and customer presentations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GIAC are a plus.
