Description

  • Define and document the brand voice, visual identity, and strategic positioning from scratch.
  • Own organic social strategy and execution across Instagram and TikTok, including community building.
  • Lead influencer and creator partnerships, from sourcing and relationship management to brand-aligned content oversight.
  • Drive PR and earned media efforts to secure placements in health, wellness, and culture outlets.
  • Plan and execute cultural activations and real-world brand moments.
  • Ensure consistent visual and tonal execution across social, retail, and performance creative touchpoints.
  • Manage agencies, creators, and production partners across brand initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the performance marketing team to align brand and paid creative.
  • Work directly with the General Manager as a core brand counterpart.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or brand management.
  • Experience in food/beverage, better-for-you CPG, or DTC brands with strong cultural relevance, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a brand’s voice and visual identity, not only execution of others’ direction.
  • Strong understanding of culture and emerging trends.
  • Experience managing agencies, creators, and production partners.
  • Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving environment with a small team.
  • Strong point of view on brand and willingness to push back when needed.
  • Excited to build a brand from scratch rather than inherit an established playbook.
