Description

  • Lead the expansion of the Integrated Planning and Strategy practice across B2B and B2C verticals.
  • Develop and refine best-in-class media products and processes for the Media craft.
  • Direct full-funnel, data-driven media strategies for nationally and internationally recognized brands.
  • Partner with Business Development on new business pitches and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead strategic work in complex, multi-agency integrated agency team environments.
  • Use advanced media research tools and data science to improve audience profiling and channel mix strategy.
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of strategic deliverables across multiple account teams.
  • Mentor and lead Associate Directors and Managers to build a high-performance team culture.
  • Manage senior-level client expectations and help shape strategic client partnerships.
  • Support resource planning and large-scale media budget management.

Requirements

  • 8-11 years of experience in omni-channel media strategy and planning.
  • At least 4 years of experience focused on Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).
  • Proven success in winning new business and growing high-value client relationships.
  • Experience using research and measurement tools such as ComScore, MRI, GWI, Kantar, and Pathmatics.
  • Experience working within or leading Integrated Agency Teams (IAT) for large-scale global accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire followership and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of how media connects with Content, Commerce, and Technology.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large media budgets and agency resource planning.
