Description

  • Own the renewal process for a portfolio of existing schools and deliver strong GRR and NRR outcomes.
  • Proactively engage schools to resolve challenges, reinforce value, and secure timely renewals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in schools.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand usage through additional features, subjects, or licenses.
  • Collaborate with school leaders and educators to align solutions with their evolving goals and priorities.
  • Lead upselling conversations and demonstrations to present expanded platform opportunities.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Professional Services to support seamless onboarding transitions and long-term school success.
  • Represent Education Perfect at conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with key education organisations and associations.
  • Use CRM tools and analytics to track performance and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving retention goals.
  • Ability to identify and execute account expansion opportunities.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional value and support to schools.
  • Confidence in facilitating workshops and presenting new opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the education sector and the challenges schools face.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and partner with internal stakeholders.
  • Skilled in CRM tools and analytics to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Located in or willing to work from one of Education Perfect’s main hubs: Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch.
  • Experience working with education organisations or school decision-makers is preferred.
