Description

  • Build and manage a portfolio of schools across your region and identify new customer opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting prospective schools into active Education Perfect customers.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and support forecasting through effective CRM management.
  • Work with the Lead Account Executive to prioritise opportunities and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Develop trusted relationships with school leaders, teachers, and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual product demonstrations that showcase the value of Education Perfect.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to help schools understand how the platform supports their teaching and learning goals.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding for new schools.
  • Keep up to date with education trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity in your region.
  • Share regional insights with Product, Content, and Revenue teams to inform future improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B, SaaS, or education-focused environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with educators and school leaders.
  • Experience delivering compelling product demonstrations, presentations, or workshops.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Understanding of the education sector and the opportunities and challenges schools face is desirable.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional portfolio.
  • Motivation to achieve meaningful results in a consultative sales environment.
