Description

  • Collaborate with clients to provide technical consulting services and configure the elluminate platform.
  • Lead and support data engineers on technical service delivery activities.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy SQL code for SDTM, custom reports, and visualizations.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and users.
  • Manage multiple timelines, deliverables, and client communications across one or more accounts.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of one Elluminate module and working knowledge of the remaining modules.
  • Deliver proactive technical support for client-reported support tickets.
  • Facilitate client onboarding workshops and end-user training sessions.
  • Configure, migrate, and support the elluminate platform for assigned clients.
  • Create and maintain required specifications and quality control documentation in accordance with SOPs and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in back-end development and database/warehouse architecture, design, and development preferred.
  • Knowledge of data platforms such as SQL Server, DB2, and Teradata; cloud-based databases are a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud or hybrid data architecture concepts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial data standards such as CDISC ODM, SDTM, or ADAM is a plus.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL programming.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Project and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as QlikSense, QlikView, Spotfire, Tableau, JReview, Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy, IBM DataStage, Informatica, Spark, or similar.
  • Familiarity with technologies and concepts such as .NET, C#, Python, R, Java, HTML, SSRS, AWS, Azure, REST APIs, ETL, data pipelines, data modeling, data analytics, BI, data warehouse, data lake, or related tools.
