Description

Own revenue generation for a defined territory and manage the full sales pipeline from qualification to close.
Sell in person to independent restaurants and develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
Convert qualified leads into opportunities from partner, inbound, outbound, and referral sources.
Develop and execute an outbound prospecting and referral strategy to build a book of business.
Run in-product web demos and present ChowNow’s value to a variety of audiences.
Collaborate with peers and managers to learn and apply ChowNow’s Value Selling methodology.
Work with leadership to audit the pipeline, use dashboards and KPI reporting, and improve conversion rates.
Contribute best practices, tools, and content to help shape and scale the sales strategy.
Hit and exceed quota targets on a consistent basis.
Travel within the market as required, approximately 45% of the time.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with a track record of consistent sales overachievement.
Experience selling in a fast-paced, outside sales environment.
Ability to build lasting relationships and develop a book of business through referrals.
Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
Knowledge of competitors and current market trends.
Coachability and willingness to learn a value-based sales methodology.
Comfort with process, technology, SFDC, reports, and dashboards.
Ability to adapt quickly in a changing, high-energy sales culture.
Reliable means of transportation and willingness to travel 45% within the market.
Preferred: experience selling to small businesses or restaurants.
