Description

  • Own revenue generation for a defined territory and manage the full sales pipeline from qualification to close.
  • Sell in person to independent restaurants and develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities from partner, inbound, outbound, and referral sources.
  • Develop and execute an outbound prospecting and referral strategy to build a book of business.
  • Run in-product web demos and present ChowNow’s value to a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to learn and apply ChowNow’s Value Selling methodology.
  • Work with leadership to audit the pipeline, use dashboards and KPI reporting, and improve conversion rates.
  • Contribute best practices, tools, and content to help shape and scale the sales strategy.
  • Hit and exceed quota targets on a consistent basis.
  • Travel within the market as required, approximately 45% of the time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a track record of consistent sales overachievement.
  • Experience selling in a fast-paced, outside sales environment.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and develop a book of business through referrals.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Knowledge of competitors and current market trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn a value-based sales methodology.
  • Comfort with process, technology, SFDC, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing, high-energy sales culture.
  • Reliable means of transportation and willingness to travel 45% within the market.
  • Preferred: experience selling to small businesses or restaurants.
