Description

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a world-class team of Account Executives.
  • Coach the sales team using data and real-time feedback to improve performance and skill development.
  • Own the West Coast new business quota and manage the pipeline against aggressive growth targets.
  • Standardize and reinforce the MEDDPICC sales methodology to improve forecasting, qualification, and win rates.
  • Use Salesforce, Slack, Gong, and AI-driven tools to automate workflows and improve team productivity.
  • Develop creative sales strategies to compete effectively and navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Maintain a consultative, customer-first approach to ensure long-term partner success after the sale.
  • Support sales execution as new markets open and the company expands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • At least 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or Fintech environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong.
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline the sales cycle.
  • Ability to communicate complex product offerings such as POS, Payments, and Ecommerce clearly and persuasively.
  • Startup mindset with the ability to move quickly and adapt to change.
