Description

  • Own the entire sales process from initial outreach through close.
  • Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct compelling online and in-person product demos.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and deal data in Salesforce for territory management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely launches.
  • Become an expert on the California cannabis market.
  • Represent Dutchie’s values in day-to-day work and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in California.
  • Experience working from home with up to 50% customer travel within California.
  • Proven track record of consistent success in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and ability to align solutions with client objectives.
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams to drive customer outcomes.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Demonstrate resilience, grit, curiosity, coachability, and emotional intelligence.
  • SaaS industry experience required.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry or fintech is a plus.
