Description

  • Own and evolve the narrative and positioning for Dropbox’s Core experiences.
  • Recruit, lead, and coach a team of product marketers.
  • Define and drive go-to-market strategy for Dropbox Core.
  • Align product marketing efforts across product, growth, brand, and lifecycle marketing teams.
  • Develop deep customer and market understanding and turn insights into action.
  • Partner with Product and Growth to identify workflow friction and improve activation.
  • Define activation strategies and test and optimize product-led growth motions.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with executive stakeholders across Product, Design, Marketing, and GTM.
  • Bring strategic clarity and ensure strong execution across key initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, including 3+ years in a formal people management role.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategy for large-scale, cross-platform products.
  • Proven success in owning and scaling product-led growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across product and business functions.
  • Ability to coach high-performing PMMs and grow talent.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for internal and external audiences.
  • Comfort working across data, research, and customer feedback to drive decisions.
  • Experience leading PMM functions in fast-paced, matrixed environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with productivity, collaboration, or content storage software (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across both PLG and SLG motions (preferred).
  • Experience influencing product strategy at the executive level (preferred).

Benefits

  • US Zone 1 compensation range: $301,800–$408,200 USD.
  • US Zone 2 compensation range: $271,600–$367,400 USD.
  • US Zone 3 compensation range: $241,400–$326,600 USD.
