Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global People Operations team.
  • Establish operating models, SLAs, and metrics to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Own contingent workforce strategy and management, including vendor, compliance, and cost decisions.
  • Oversee global onboarding operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality new hire experience.
  • Guide People Operations workstreams for company-wide initiatives such as M&A.
  • Drive cross-functional priorities with Finance, Audit, Legal, Procurement, People Technology, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, HR Business Partners, and HR PMO.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, influence decisions, and ensure execution across People Operations.
  • Lead complex change by aligning stakeholders to strategy and sustaining adoption of new ways of working.
  • Oversee global mobility and immigration programs and act as the escalation point for complex relocation matters.
  • Own the global HR compliance program, including policies, controls, risk, governance, reporting, and audits.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
  • Experience leading global teams in complex environments.
  • Experience in service delivery and platforms, compliance, contingent workforce, mobility, and immigration.
  • Track record leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong operational rigor.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution with strong ownership.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve operations.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment law and working knowledge of international HR compliance.
  • Preferred: experience in a global technology or SaaS company.
  • Preferred: experience transforming People Operations at scale across multiple company stages.
  • Preferred: demonstrated focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
