Description

  • Evaluate HR processes, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Own and drive cross-functional HR systems initiatives from discovery and prioritization through delivery and adoption.
  • Partner with People teams to translate operational and strategic needs into system requirements and implementation plans.
  • Act as the main bridge between HR and Information Systems, aligning priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs with business goals.
  • Support the evolution of Coveo’s HR technology ecosystem, including Workday and talent acquisition platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Chief People Officer and Systems leaders, to shape roadmap decisions.
  • Influence employee experience improvements through technology-enabled solutions.
  • Navigate cross-functional execution across People Operations, project management, and enterprise systems.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading HR systems and technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or ERP platforms such as Workday.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Solid project management skills, including prioritization, estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience working in consulting, transformation, or implementation environments (preferred).
  • Exposure to HR technology ecosystems beyond HCMs, such as performance management or applicant tracking systems (preferred).
  • Experience scaling processes and systems in mid-sized organizations (preferred).
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to challenge ideas constructively while building trust across teams (preferred).
