Description

  • Lead complex ICS/OT cybersecurity engagements, including architecture reviews, threat assessments, compromise investigations, and executive tabletop exercises.
  • Serve as the principal subject matter expert and trusted advisor for strategic consulting clients.
  • Deliver findings, risk narratives, strategic recommendations, executive briefings, and technical discussions.
  • Review and guide Statements of Work, Rules of Engagement, and engagement governance.
  • Translate customer insights, emerging threats, and industry trends into research, technology, detection content, services methodologies, and training.
  • Improve consulting workflows, methodologies, and delivery models to increase scalability and customer impact.
  • Represent Dragos through webinars, whitepapers, conference presentations, and industry forums.
  • Mentor Professional Services teammates and serve as a technical escalation point.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify service expansion and customer success opportunities.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizenship is required.
  • 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including leading OT/ICS security initiatives and complex consulting engagements.
  • Deep expertise in ICS/OT cybersecurity, industrial architectures, threats, vulnerabilities, frameworks, and standards.
  • Hands-on experience in industrial environments as an asset owner, operator, or integrator.
  • Advanced knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, industrial instrumentation, and OT protocols such as Modbus and DNP3.
  • Mastery of security analysis, detection engineering concepts, and integrations with SIEM/SOAR, MDR, endpoint, and network visibility platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex technical, threat, and operational data into actionable guidance for technical and executive audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level and customer-facing documentation.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to contribute to thought leadership, research, SME outreach, and onsite travel as needed.
