Description

  • Lead client-facing consulting engagements and guide teams toward defined objectives, timelines, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops for medium to large engagements.
  • Manage requirements, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, project status, and delivery timelines.
  • Create, finalize, peer-review, and present project deliverables to client executive stakeholders.
  • Support client discovery, engagement scoping, proposal development, and sales presentations.
  • Represent AHEAD service offerings throughout the sales cycle and identify cross-practice collaboration opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance security service offerings, capabilities, and delivery standards.
  • Contribute thought leadership, mentor team members, and support continuous practice improvement.
  • Maintain subject-matter expertise across at least eight security domains or three security solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience reviewing and implementing secure cloud reference architectures and landing zones.
  • Ability to translate risk strategies and traditional lift-and-shift approaches into cloud-native security controls.
  • Strong understanding of multi-cloud governance, including Infrastructure-as-Code, policy-as-code, tagging standards, and multi-account strategies.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CNAPP tools, particularly Wiz and Prisma Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Wiz and Prisma Cloud with ServiceNow, CI/CD pipelines, and ticketing or alerting workflows.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; familiarity with AWS Security Hub, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, or Google Security Command Center.
  • Knowledge of cloud identity and IDaaS technologies, including IAM, Federation, RBAC, Okta, and Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, NIST, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and GDPR, plus experience mapping controls for audit and compliance.
  • Experience with SIEM integration, including Splunk, Sentinel, or Chronicle, and cloud-native detection capabilities.
  • Ability to use Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, OPA, Sentinel, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Docker, and Kubernetes for security automation and workload protection.
