Description

  • Lead remote and on-site SASE/SSE deployment workstreams against established designs.
  • Configure and operate Zscaler, Prisma Access, Cisco Secure Access, or Netskope security platforms.
  • Implement traffic forwarding, identity integrations, CASB, DLP, and Zero Trust access policies.
  • Perform testing, health checks, policy tuning, migrations, cutovers, and day-two operational tasks.
  • Participate in client discovery sessions, design workshops, and technical documentation development.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and train client operations teams on platform administration.
  • Track milestones, manage scope, and escalate risks or out-of-scope requests.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute reusable runbooks, checklists, and knowledge articles.
  • Support Zero Trust roadmaps, sales campaigns, and SASE/SSE practice development.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of network security, infrastructure security, or security engineering experience, including project delivery.
  • Production experience with at least one SASE/SSE platform: Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Cisco Secure Access, or Netskope.
  • Working knowledge of Zero Trust, Secure Web Gateway, CASB, and ZTNA concepts.
  • Experience integrating identity and access management tools including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SAML 2.0, and SCIM.
  • Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, IPsec, and GRE for implementing traffic-forwarding designs.
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel at least 25%.
  • Preferred certifications include ZDTA, Palo Alto SSE Engineer, Cisco Secure Cloud Access, NCCSA, Security+, or CCNA.
  • Experience with a second SASE/SSE platform, CASB/DLP tuning, consulting services, or AWS/Azure networking is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, collaborate effectively, and maintain 70% target utilization.
