Description

  • Lead and grow managers, engineers, and operations staff while supporting retention and career development.
  • Build mentorship, career, and certification programs for OT engineers transitioning into consulting and leadership roles.
  • Standardize service delivery through templates, playbooks, quality reviews, and defined engagement processes.
  • Maintain OT-safe delivery methods, including passive-first testing and coordination with plant operations.
  • Own practice financials, including bookings, revenue, margins, utilization, forecasting, staffing, and operating costs.
  • Expand and support services covering OT assessments, segmentation, penetration testing, platform implementation, vulnerability management, and IoT security.
  • Partner with technology vendors to develop platform deployment services and communicate measurable client outcomes.
  • Support regional sales teams with opportunity qualification, scoping, pricing, pursuits, and RFPs.
  • Manage the OT lab for training, demonstrations, presales, and partner workshops.
  • Represent the practice through selected industry speaking, writing, standards, and community activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of experience, or master’s degree with 5–12 years of experience.
  • 5+ years leading people managers on OT/IoT security delivery or consulting teams, with accountability for bookings, margin, or utilization.
  • Experience developing engineers into consultants, presales contributors, or leaders.
  • CISSP, GICSP, GRID, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to use emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve work and business outcomes.
  • Preferred: Hands-on industrial experience with ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs, safety systems, or industrial protocols.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, or TSA security directives.
  • Preferred: Experience deploying or tuning OT visibility platforms and working with technology partners.
  • Preferred: Experience converting custom engagements into standardized, priced services.
  • Up to 30% travel to client sites, sales teams, and industry events; additional certifications such as GCIP, ISA/IEC 62443, or CISM are valued.
