Description

  • Own interview scheduling end to end across multiple roles and time zones, handling 75+ interviews per week.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and related logistics when needed.
  • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
  • Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep hiring workflows moving.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the coordination process and propose improvements.
  • Contribute to team projects that improve coordination quality and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting support role.
  • A candidate-first mindset focused on delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple open roles.
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to keep hiring processes moving quickly.
  • Clear, warm written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach with the independence to work without constant hand-holding.
  • Process-oriented habits and a genuine interest in improving workflows.
  • Composure under pressure and the ability to avoid dropping details when busy.
  • Growth mindset and positive energy.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse and/or ModernLoop is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Calendar, Zoom, and Gem is preferred.
  • Comfort managing logistics across multiple time zones is preferred.
