Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic construction customers, driving product impact and success.
  • Guide field teams and stakeholders through Doxel technology adoption and industry best practices.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders from project engineers and field users to VPs of Construction.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits, customer trainings, and discovery sessions at commercial construction projects.
  • Maximize platform usage, adoption, and value by helping customers use Doxel data to improve efficiency.
  • Gather customer feedback, identify pain points and trends, and develop best practices and FAQs.
  • Document feature requests, validate minor bugs, and escalate technical requests and high-priority customer issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction as a project engineer, project manager, scheduler, superintendent, and/or project controls professional.
  • Knowledge of General Contractor processes and procedures.
  • Comfort using modern technology to manage and communicate with customers.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and become a subject matter expert on Doxel’s platform.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to execute with minimal oversight.
  • Adaptability to ambiguity and changing day-to-day priorities.
  • Willingness to address challenges across teams and customer situations.
  • Ability to travel weekly, up to 50%, to customer jobsites.
  • Must be based remotely in Virginia.
