Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and iLawyerMarketing.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with SEO, paid media, marketing, and sales teams to address inquiries and develop marketing solutions.
  • Analyze client campaign performance and key metrics using Google Analytics and internal dashboards.
  • Prepare and present monthly analytics reports with actionable campaign insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client performance and recommend data-driven strategies.
  • Advise clients on marketing products and tactics aligned with their business objectives.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and resolve potential issues to support account retention.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management or client-facing experience, preferably at a small- to mid-sized legal marketing agency.
  • Experience managing client relationships, delivering digital strategies, and supporting performance-driven campaigns.
  • Hands-on digital marketing experience in SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, or content marketing.
  • Proficiency with a content management system such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional marketing and sales teams.
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to client success and exceptional service.
