Description

  • Act as a strategic partner and program owner for high-impact transformation initiatives across People functions such as HR, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle processes.
  • Diagnose current-state processes to identify structural inefficiencies, root causes, and automation opportunities.
  • Redesign end-to-end processes and implement scalable, AI-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver solutions that change how the People function operates.
  • Apply an AI-first mindset to identify where AI tools and automation can simplify or elevate work.
  • Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communication, rollout planning, and adoption support across global teams.
  • Assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans for implementation.
  • Develop enablement materials such as playbooks, training, and guidance to support adoption of new processes.
  • Define and track success metrics such as time savings, SLA improvements, quality, and adoption, then iterate based on results.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and build dashboards or reporting to monitor process performance.

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of experience in process transformation, operations, or strategy.
  • Experience operating as a strategic partner to senior leaders or in a program leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in or design for AI-enabled environments.
  • Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or rethinking work in an AI-first context.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable, large-scale improvements such as reduced cycle time, cost savings, increased quality, or improved adoption.
  • Experience driving change management and adoption of new processes, systems, or tools across complex, cross-functional organizations.
  • Strong program and process logic with the ability to think in systems and sequence work for maximum leverage.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and act as a thought partner to senior leaders.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics, measure impact, and use data to influence direction.
  • Clear communicator who can influence without direct authority and translate complex changes into actionable guidance.
  • Familiarity with structured process improvement approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Exposure to or certification in process improvement methodologies is not required and is not a substitute for judgment.
