Description

  • Own end-to-end new business across the UK&I mid-market, including prospecting, qualification, and closing net-new accounts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy self-sourced pipeline through proactive outbound activity and disciplined territory planning.
  • Run a rigorous commercial sales cycle with strong qualification, clear next steps, and accurate forecasting.
  • Multi-thread within customer accounts to identify and win new stakeholders, teams, and decision-makers.
  • Partner with Value Engineers to drive adoption, uncover new use cases, and commercialize account growth.
  • Position Make as a strategic platform for AI transformation across operations, revenue, and IT teams.
  • Act as the strategic lead for the UK&I mid-market by steering segment priorities and account strategy.
  • Align and coordinate the broader go-to-market team, including Account Managers, Value Engineers, Partner Account Managers, and BDRs.
  • Share market intelligence and feedback with Product and GTM teams.
  • Consistently deliver against new business and growth targets in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of developing a new market or winning new logos.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close net-new business rather than only manage an existing book.
  • Strong command of MEDDIC or a similar sales methodology.
  • Experience navigating complex accounts and multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong understanding of UK&I business culture and buying processes.
  • Comfortable working in a high-intensity, startup-type environment.
  • Ownership-driven and autonomous, with the ability to operate in a London hub / remote market setup.
  • Curious and solution-oriented with genuine interest in automation and AI.
  • Heavy user of AI tools and able to understand and position technical workflows and automation use cases.
