Description

  • Identify, pursue, and close new first-party Digital Ordering opportunities with enterprise restaurant merchants.
  • Lead negotiations across DoorDash’s Digital Ordering product suite and commercial partnership terms.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities and forecast revenue growth and product adoption.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Account Management, GMs, technical teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to execute deals.
  • Collaborate with the first-party Commerce Platform, Commercialization, Finance, and Legal teams to shape pitch strategies and run deals.
  • Represent DoorDash in business-level and revenue-focused conversations with C-level executives at publicly traded companies.
  • Reach and exceed individual quota while contributing to broader team and business goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitors’ activities to support merchant success and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful B2B sales and/or business development experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working with commercial agreements outside of standard sales contracts and terms of service.
  • Experience with C-level negotiations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborative team orientation with the ability to balance cross-functional and external stakeholder needs.
  • Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $108,120 to $159,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $180,200 to $265,000 USD, including commissions.
  • Opportunities for equity grants and sales commission.
