Description

  • Lead a team of SMB Account Executives and drive achievement of regional sales targets.
  • Own regional performance metrics, including revenue growth and team productivity.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support to help Account Executives close deals.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Hold the team accountable to defined goals using metrics, data, pipeline reviews, and forecast accuracy.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline and forecast inspections through 1:1 meetings with Account Executives.
  • Motivate and coach the team to hit daily, weekly, monthly activity, and sales goals.
  • Support team prospecting efforts and optimization of the sales process using tools such as Salesforce, email, social media, and Salesloft.
  • Represent Dodge professionally in all customer and team interactions.
  • Report directly to the Vice President, Sales.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of relevant sales experience, with software/SaaS experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing sales team with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the commercial construction market and its business practices is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong personal integrity and exceptional communication skills.
  • Must be based in the United States Eastern time zone to support the assigned territory.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future visa sponsorship.
