Description

  • Cold-call U.S. business owners and marketing decision-makers to start sales conversations.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by the company’s paid ads, SEO, and outreach efforts.
  • Run discovery calls to identify prospects’ business problems and sales or marketing gaps.
  • Pitch the appropriate service offering, including appointment-setting, outbound SDR, paid ads, SEO, and social media management.
  • Handle pricing discussions, overcome objections, and negotiate deals to close.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM and keep deal stages and next steps updated.
  • Own and hit monthly closed-revenue targets.
  • Work remotely during U.S. business hours to reach American buyers effectively.

Requirements

  • Prior experience selling lead generation services, including appointment-setting, outbound SDR, or paid-ads lead generation, to U.S. businesses.
  • Prior experience selling marketing services such as paid ads, SEO, or social media management to U.S. businesses.
  • Ability to cold-call from scratch, open conversations, and book meetings independently.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle solo, including qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Track record of closing B2B deals with U.S. businesses and discussing performance metrics such as deal size, cycle length, and close rate.
  • Understanding of the lead generation and agency services market and the ability to speak credibly with business owners.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Comfort with a smaller base salary plus high uncapped commission.
  • Preferred experience selling for another lead generation or marketing agency.
  • Preferred familiarity with SMB owners, founders, and in-house marketing leads.
  • Preferred ability to explain how paid ads, SEO, and outbound campaigns generate results.
