Description

  • Cold-call UK business owners and marketing decision-makers to open sales conversations.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by the company’s paid ads, SEO, and outreach efforts.
  • Run discovery calls to understand each prospect’s business challenge and buying need.
  • Pitch the appropriate service offering, including appointment-setting, outbound SDR, paid ads, SEO, or social media management.
  • Handle pricing discussions, objections, and negotiation through to close.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM and keep deal next steps up to date.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.
  • Hit a monthly closed-revenue target that is owned end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Experience personally selling lead generation services such as appointment-setting, outbound SDR, or paid-ads lead generation.
  • Experience personally selling marketing services such as paid ads, SEO, or social media management.
  • Ability to cold-call from scratch, open conversations, and book meetings independently.
  • Experience qualifying inbound leads and moving them through to close.
  • Experience running a full solo sales cycle, including qualify, book, pitch, negotiate, and close.
  • Experience closing B2B deals with UK businesses and discussing deal size, sales cycle length, and close rate.
  • Understanding of the lead generation and agency market, with the ability to speak credibly to business owners.
  • Availability to work UK business hours.
  • Comfort with a smaller base salary plus high uncapped commission.
  • Preferred: experience selling for another lead generation or marketing agency.
  • Preferred: familiarity with SMB owners, founders, and in-house marketing leads.
  • Preferred: comfort explaining how paid ads, SEO, and outbound campaigns produce results.
