Description

  • Deploy and maintain execution environments, gateways, and update systems under infrastructure leadership guidelines.
  • Coordinate and synchronize backend developers to ensure technical and operational cohesion.
  • Identify and resolve technical or infrastructure blockers that prevent team progress.
  • Decide on flow architecture and state management while preserving the logic defined by leadership.
  • Define and structure project tasks in phases where details are still incomplete.
  • Report progress, improvement proposals, and deviation resolutions directly to project leadership.
  • Assign tasks, unblock technical bottlenecks, and ensure project deliverables are completed.
  • Execute part of the project in the orchestrator layer and support hands-on implementation work.
  • Motivate the team and maintain a high, consistent pace of execution.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience coordinating small to medium-sized teams.
  • 4 years of experience in backend development.
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP/CRM and understanding of business workflows.
  • Strong experience with multi-agent system frameworks such as LangGraph.
  • Familiarity with RAG architectures.
  • Strong ability to design graph architectures and agent logic.
  • Operational knowledge of Docker, gateway management, and cloud deployment.
  • Experience leading teams in dynamic environments.
  • Technical education in engineering is valued, though complex project and deployment experience is prioritized.
  • Conversational B2 English level for reading technical documentation and participating in meetings when needed.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Spain time.
