Description

  • Proactively source and research leads using online sources, directories, LinkedIn, industry networks, event lists, and public websites.
  • Build prospect lists aligned to the organization’s ideal customer profile and identify key decision makers.
  • Import new leads into the CRM and maintain accurate, complete contact records.
  • Run high-volume outbound calling and email outreach to generate interest and qualify prospects.
  • Follow up consistently via phone, email, and LinkedIn to secure meeting bookings and advance conversations.
  • Handle objections professionally and keep the focus on booking the next meeting step.
  • Schedule qualified meetings directly into the sales team calendar.
  • Manage the lead pipeline and deal pipeline, ensuring clear next steps and follow-up dates are set.
  • Support outbound email campaigns by segmenting lists, maintaining compliance, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, update activity records, and provide weekly reporting on KPIs, outreach activity, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or SDR roles.
  • Proven experience booking meetings through outbound phone calls and email outreach.
  • Confidence speaking with senior decision makers and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Strong experience using a CRM system and managing pipeline stages.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay accountable to targets.
  • Strong written communication skills for outbound email campaigns.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Confident, resilient, highly organized, and motivated by measurable outcomes.
